April Boles April is the Founder and President of Pedals for Africa. She is also a clay artist, avid cyclist, and full time mom to 3 adorable children. She cares deeply about all children, and has a special place in her heart for the children of Africa. Her dreams are to bike across the US, climb Mount Kilimanjaro, and that one day no one lives in poverty.
Stephen Mailloux Stephen serves as the Treasure to the Board. He is a pediatric neuropsychologist by day, dad by night and boat-builder whenever he can. He hopes to build a row boat so that he and his family can row down the Yukon river, and he dreams that one day all the children of Africa can live with hope in their lives.
Monica Falconer Monica serves as the Vice President to the Board. She was born and raised in Spain. After traveling through different European countries and always interested in cultures, she decided to move to Alaska where she currently lives with her family. Her personal goal is to help families across the globe reach the cure for Maple Syrup Disease, a rare metabolic disease that affects a few thousand children in this world.
